- Review content, star ratings, and reviewer display name.
- Product identifiers and titles associated with a review.
- Technical metadata such as IP address and user agent for abuse prevention.

- Display reviews and ratings on storefront product pages.
- Support moderation workflows for merchants.
- Maintain app performance, security, and reliability.
Data retention
Review data is stored while the app is installed. On app uninstall, review data and settings are removed from active access. Data required by Shopify compliance requests is handled according to applicable policies.
Sharing
Starwise Reviews does not sell personal information. Data is shared only with service providers necessary to operate the app or when legally required.
